Marenica Energy has appointed John Sestan as an executive director.Bruce McFadzean has resigned as a non-executive director at Venture Minerals.

Kah Hui Tan has over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, having previously managed his own accounting practice providing management, accounting and taxation advice to a wide range of clients.
He has served as a company director and company secretary on several listed companies within the mining and resources sector in Australia. Mr Tan also has a strong knowledge of the resources industry in Indonesia and overseas, having been involved in mining transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and strategic planning.
