Daniel Justyn Peters is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the ISG industry. He has over a decade of experience with investing entities based offshore, in particular in China, investing directly into Australian mining, energy and infrastructure projects . He also has extensive deal structuring experience and long-dated contacts.
Mr Peters had worked in the mining industry, for industry representative bodies, and for various state and federal environment departments and authorities. He was the general manager of environment and government relations, general manager of business development, executive general manager of North Asia and executive general manager of investor relations at Linc Energy. Prior to that, he was the national property and environment manager and head of North Asia for Airservices Australia, head of Investigations and compliance & acting director of central and northern regions at Airservices Australia, and at the Queensland Environmental Protection Authority where he managed the integration of the environmental regulation of the Queensland Mining Industry into the EPA.
