Build-to-rent gains momentum in Perth
Recent development proposals show WA’s build-to-rent market is finally gaining ground.
Justine Roberts is a residential and mixed-use specialist with over 20 years of local, national and international experience within the development and construction industry. She was involved in leading the most complex large-scale development projects in Australia and the US, and has provided specialist advice & development management on more than 2,000 build-to-rent apartments across Australia.
Ms Roberts has held senior executive roles for leading development and construction companies in Perth, New South Wales and America. She was the general manager of homebuilding company Webb & Brown-Neaves, development manager of FJM Property, and senior project manager of LWP Property Group before a 5-year stint in the US. Ms Roberts returned to Perth in October 2018 and established develop consultancy Kingston Development Group in April 2019. In August 2023, she became the development director of Bridge42's office in Perth, where she will be responsible as the West Coast advisory lead.
Ms Roberts holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Bachelor of Architecture (Honours), both from the University of Western Australia, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
