Justine Magee is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the mining sector. Her principal responsibilities are commercial with a focus on the development of the existing asset portfolio and execution of new business opportunities in the resources sector.
Ms Magee also has significant experience in board engagement and considerable exposure to merger & acquisition activity, debt & equity financing, permitting & regulatory reporting, and offtake agreements.
Prior to becoming the executive director and chief executive of RTG Mining, Ms Magee was chief financial officer and director of AGR, chief financial officer and general manager of corporate at Resolute Mining, and had worked for Arthur Anderson in corporate finance.
She holds a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
