Justine Elliott is an Australian politician and a member of the Australian Labor Party, representing the New South Wales seat of Richmond since 2004.
Ms Elliott was the Minister for Ageing in the First Rudd Government from 2007 to 2010, and a parliamentary secretary in the Gillard Government from 2010 to 2013. Following the Labor Party's victory at the 2022 federal election, Ms Elliott became the Assistant Minister for Social Services & Assistant Minister for the Prevention of Family Violence under the Albanese government.
Prior to politics, Ms Elliott was an officer with the Queensland Police from 1990 to 1997. She subsequently moved to New South Wales and worked at the Department of Juvenile Justice from 2002 to 2003.
