Julie Waylen was the state manager of National Disability Services WA from August 2014 to October 2021 prior to becoming chief executive of Diversity South, a disability support provider for the Peel Region of Western Australia.

Ms Waylen held a range of senior executive roles with both the government and community services sector encompassing disability services, child protection, family support, homelessness, community services and health.
