Julie Jones is an experienced general counsel and company secretary with a broad range of legal, commercial, strategic and corporate governance experience. She also has significant experience in the areas of contract,
employment, intellectual property, and mining law; as well as comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of company secretarial matters including the Corporations Act and ASX.
Prior to becoming the general counsel and company secretary of Gold Road Resources in February 2023, Ms Jones was the general counsel of Australian Strategic Materials and held roles with Matrix Composites and Engineering, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, Iluka Resources, State Solicitor’s Office and Mallesons Stephen Jacques.
