Julian Mills

Julian Mills has extensive corporate finance experience. Mr Mills is a senior advisor to Gresham Advisory Partners’ Perth office and a director of his family’s investment company, Aileendonan Investments. His experience includes public markets’ mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets advisory, strategic advice and business planning. His extensive financial experience includes work at Resource Finance Corporation, Ernst & Young, and Commercial Union (now Aviva) in London; and five years of professional engineering experience at Bunnings. Mr Mills is also an experienced company director, having been a board member of several startups and established businesses in the retail, childcare and not-for-profit sectors. He has advised a wide range of businesses including education, energy and resources, health, infrastructure and industrials. Mr Mills holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, a postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia, and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Western Australia.
