Julian Lodge
Co-Founder / Elm Property Investors
Julian Lodge has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, with particular capabilities in property development and the asset management of property investments.
Mr Lodge was with Primewest from 2001 until June 2021 when it was taken over by Centuria Capital Group. At Primewest, he was a chief investment officer and was responsible for the optimum performance of each of its assets. Mr Lodge has since co-founded Elm Property Investors in November 2022.
He is a board member on the Western Australian division of the Property Council of Australia.
Mr Lodge holds a Diploma of Financial Markets (FINSIA), is a senior associate member of FINSIA, and a qualified real estate agent.
