Judd Dyer is responsible for Hesperia’s Industrial and Residential businesses, and strategy across investment, capital transactions, joint ventures, acquisition and development activities.
Across his career, Judd has led a range of complex commercial negotiations and joint venture transactions, property and business acquisitions. His experience includes managing the delivery of multiple award-winning residential, commercial, industrial and built form projects.
Having held senior roles in both private and listed companies, he has developed extensive relationships across private, government, Indigenous, not-for-profit and institutional funds sectors.
Judd holds a Masters of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in Town Planning, sits on the Property Council of Australia’s Industrial and Infrastructure Committee and was previously a board member of SwanCare Group where he chaired the Group’s Finance and Risk Committee.
