Mrs Hamparsum grows cotton and grains in the Upper Namoi region and has been involved in the cotton industry since 1998. Mrs Hamparsum has financial, agricultural and natural resource management experience. She is currently a director and chair of board audit committee of Cotton Seed Distributors Ltd and Chair of Great Artesian Basin Coordinating Committee. Her former positions include chair of Cotton Innovation Network, director of Cotton Research and Development Corporation and Deputy Chair of Namoi Catchment Management Authority. Mrs Hamparsum is chair of Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of the Safety Committee.
