Offshore wind farms move closer
Three international groups have declared their interest in building vast offshore wind farms between Perth and Bunbury after the federal government kicked off a regulatory review.
Joy Francis-Hayes is a marine scientist with 20 years’ experience in a variety of industries including oil and gas and mining.
In 2022 she became WA-based development manager for Danish renewable energy company Copenhagen Energy, which plans to construct four offshore wind farms in Western Australia.
