Jonathon Leek OAM is a specialist tax controversy lawyer with over 26 years of experience, including 19 years as a partner in leading law firms and as a barrister at the independent bar. He has extensive knowledge and experience of obtaining tax rulings, managing tax audits and risk reviews, objecting against assessments, appealing to courts and tribunals, and negotiating settlements including by mediation.
Mr Leek has acted for clients operating in a broad range of industries including energy, resources, real estate, infrastructure, financial services, media, communications and technology on the full range of corporate, commercial and financial transactions and projects.
