Jonathan Fisher

Jonathan Fisher has 20 years of experience in the resources and corporate industries.
Prior to becoming the chief executive of Cauldron Energy in December 2022, Mr Fisher was the chief financial officer of TNG and Tellus Holdings, and general manager of corporate finance at Atlas Iron. Prior to holding senior roles at ASX-listed mining companies, he worked with natural resources, utilities and infrastructure investment banking clients whilst at Rothschild (London) and undertaking strategy and performance improvement consulting projects at GEM Consulting in Perth. He has particular expertise in leveraged and project finance markets.
Mr Fisher holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
