John Westdorp is a Member of the Australian Society of Chartered Practicing Accountants. He has more than 20 years of senior corporate experience in the resources industry, including oversight of large-scale financing initiatives and senior management roles with major Australian and international resources companies. Mr Westdorp was chief financial officer and/or company secretary at MZI Resources, Centaurus Metals, Murchison Metals; managing director of resources consulting group OptiroCapital; general manager of finance for Burrup Fertilisers; and senior financial management roles with Normandy Mining and North Limited. His experience encompasses several large-scale financing initiatives including management of a US$270 million syndicated project facility for Burrup Fertilisers, as well as negotiation and management of a US$100 million private equity bridging facility for Murchison Metals.
