John Percudani is the principal and managing director of Realmark. Mr Percudani stepped up on the Perth real estate stage when he established his company with wife and business partner Anita, in 1989.
His passion for real estate was fostered early in his career as a town planner, initially with the State Planning Commission and then for a number of years with the City of Perth, involved in approvals for many of the city’s major buildings. He also introduced what was then the largest real estate group in the world to the Perth market, before going on to develop Realmark as it is today, now a market leader.
