John Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Finance). He has over 15 years of experience as a chief executive and has worked with technology development domestically and internationally. During the 1990s, Mr Lea worked on the extraction of minerals from waste geothermal fluids.
