John Elliott

John Elliott started Elliott Insurance Brokers in 2008 as an Authorised Representative in West Perth. Opening the doors with only a handful of clients and no previous experience in business, he continued to grow Elliott Insurance Brokers to become the Australian Top 10 Insurance Broking award winning company. Mr Elliott created one of the first online Trade Insurance options for customers in 2009, as well as innovations in the insurance comparison websites which provided quotes to over 100,000 Australians in its first year. Mr Elliott stepped down as chief executive in February 2018 but remains the sole shareholder and director of Elliott Insurance Brokers and assists with the support of the management team.
