John Clout

Dr John Clout has over 37 years of experience in the mining industry including holding senior management positions in gold, iron ore and nickel operations, directing mineral processing R&D and exploration. He worked for WMC in gold and nickel operations and also for Fortescue Metals Group as head of resource strategy. Dr Clout is a renowned international expert in relating ore properties to their process performance. He played a pivotal role in the identification and development of new resources, previously ignored, that have since been successfully commercialised.
