Joe Scurria was admitted to practice in 1991 after graduating from the University of Western Australia in Law and Commerce. He has always maintained a strong interest in commercial, property and succession law.
In his early years of practice, Mr Scurria worked in the Perth office of 2 large national and international law firms in the areas of commercial property, litigation and banking/finance. In 1995, he established a practice in Bunbury and successfully grew the business to become one of the most active firms in the South West region of Western Australia. The business specialises in the areas of property, commercial, wills, estates and succession planning.
Mr Scurria became a consultant of McWilliams Davis Lawyers in April 2019. In July 2021, McWiliams Davis Lawyers opened an office in Bunbury with Mr Scurria leading its operations.
