Joe Lazzara is a Principal at Borrello Graham Lawyers. He is a specialist in franchising, commercial, strata titles, wills & estate Planning. Since being admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1997, Joe has acted for a broad range of clients, from small businesses, accounting practices and real estate agencies to large corporate organisations, financial institutions and property developers. He has experience in the franchise industry, and since 2003 has had a practice comprising the preparation of franchise documentation, the provision of advice to existing and potential franchisors, litigation and mediation support for franchising disputes and trade practices advice. He also regularly advises franchisees in connection with the sale and acquisition of franchising units. Joe is the immediate past Vice President of the WA Chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia, the peak industry body for the franchising sector, and currently still sits on that committee.
