Joe Brierty
Executive General Manager, Football / Fremantle Dockers
Joe Brierty has over 12 years of experience in the AFL industry as a leader and administrator.
He joined the Fremantle Football Club in 2010 and has managed a number of key areas across the club’s football programs and administration including leadership and culture, strategy projects, governance, risk and integrity. Mr Brierty joined the Fremantle Dockers’ executive team in 2020 as general manager of football operations & performance before becoming executive general manager of operations & people in November 2021, chief operating officer in November 2022, and executive general manager of football in October 2023.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Health, Safety & Environment) from Curtin University.
