
Jochen Tilk was the executive chair of Nutrien Inc, a Canadian global supplier of agricultural products and services based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He was also the former president and chief executive of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan. Mr Tilk spent 25 years with Inmet Mining Corporation, a Canadian-based international metals company, including 5 years as president and chief executive. He is a director of Emera Inc (a public-listed energy utility company) and the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (a not-for-profit organisation which raises funds to support the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre). He received his Masters in Mining Engineering from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule, a research university in Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
