Jo-Ann Long has over 33 years of experience in building, leading and advising corporations on financial management, restructures, international expansion, acquisitions, risk management and governance.
Commencing with Deloitte, followed by 18 years in the oil and gas industry with Woodside and Transerv Energy (now Whitebark Energy), Mrs Long has expertise in joint venture operations, commercial agreements, tax strategies, risk management and governance. She also has broad commercial and business skills, a strong discipline of financial management, and a track record of documented contributions of improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls.
Mrs Long holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
