Jewel Jackson-Fisher is the creator of the organic, gluten free and spicy chilli sauce, The Devil's Tears. Originally from San Francisco, Mrs Jackson-Fisher have been living in Western Australia since 1979. She began selling The Devil's Tears at the annual Araluen Chilli Festival in 2003. In 2019, The Devil’s Tears began supplying selected Coles stores in Perth and by 2020, it is available in every Coles store throughout Western Australia.
