Jerry Monzu

Jerry Monzu is a corporate executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, finance and accounting, predominantly in public-listed multinational corporations within the resources and mining sectors. Mr Monzu held senior corporate governance positions in large Australian-based oil and gas entities, as well as senior finance positions in exploration and producing mining companies in Australia and internationally.

He is a founding director of Capella Corporate Consulting, which specialises in the provision of company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services.

Mr Monzu holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a member of CPA Australia, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
