Jermayne Fabling joined Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) in 1994 as a graduate civil engineer and in April 1998, he became a civil project engineer. In July 1999, Mr Fabling became principal of Wood & Grieve Engineers and a major shareholder of the firm. His responsibilities at WGE include high level engineering design, project management, client liaison, services planning, feasibility studies, project reviews, contract administration, obtaining Authority approvals and superintendence of civil engineering projects. He is particularly involved in the overall project inception, planning, detailed engineering design and superintendence of bulk earthworks, roadworks, sewer reticulation, stormwater drainage, retaining walls, water, gas and underground power reticulation for civil engineering and land development projects. This includes extensive experience with all facets of subdivisional development in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, having completed over 40 projects in the area. Mr Fabling has extensive knowledge of the land development process in Western Australia, across a broad range of disciplines.
