Jeremy Leibler

Mr Leibler is a partner at Arnold Bloch Leibler working in commercial and corporate law and in mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raisings and shareholder activism and board disputes. In 2015, Mr Leibler was appointed by the Governor General, the Hon Sir Peter Cosgrove, as a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel and is a member of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Deputy Chair of Leibler Yavneh College.
