Jeremy Hofland

Jeremy Hofland is an experienced principal town planner with expertise in multi-storey residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial developments. He works with public and private sector clients to facilitate a broad range of planning due diligence, development approvals, structure planning, amendments to regional and local planning schemes, subdivision and in a strategic advisory roles.
Mr Hofland is also an expert witness in reviews to the State Administrative Tribunal.
He became a shareholder and associate of Rowe Group and Proven Project Management in March 2023. He has been a senior planner at Rowe Group since May 2013 prior to the appointment.
Mr Hofland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies from Curtin University.
