Jemma Newton is a qualified chartered accountant providing audit, accounting and other reporting advice to her clients which included ASX 50 listed entities, large proprietary companies, trusts, government departments and not-for-profit organisations from a diverse range of industries. She is a partner in Ernst & Young’s Assurance and Advisory Division in Perth and was previously part of the Ernst & Young Technical Consulting Group. Ms Newton holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University in Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia. She is a registered auditor, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Curtin University's School of Accounting Advisory Board.
