Jeffrey Moffet was appointed chief executive of the WA Country Health Service in 2014. He was chief executive of the Department of Health in the Northern Territory from September 2010 to January 2014. Prior to this role, he held numerous positions within Western Australia Health including as acting chief executive and chief operating officer of Western Australia Country Health Service. He also managed a range of health service facilities in the north of Western Australia. Mr Moffet is a physiotherapist and has practised in a wide range of settings and locations across the Northern Territory and Western Australia. He was appointed as the Northern Territory’s nominee to the HWA Board in February 2011 and concluded his term on 31 January 2014. Mr Moffet was co-chair of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce Advisory Committee.
