Jeffrey Broun is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in company listings, private equity investment and due diligence assignments.
Mr Broun was the managing director of a listed “IPO-incubator” style company and enjoys working closely with investee companies to help them achieve their corporate objectives and create value for all shareholders.
Mr Broun spent years assessing corporate platforms for unlisted companies around the world. He was the founder of Private Company Platform, and former director of the Crowd Funding Institute of Australia and Sharetech.
Mr Broun is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Shareholders Association.
