Jeff King has accomplished skills in organisational management, sales and business administration, attributed to being a business proprietor since 1975.
Mr King ran a tennis coaching business until 1986, overlapping with running his wholesale sporting goods and promotional company since 1981.
Mr King also led the Hopman Cup Ball Kid Program for 24 years from 1988-2012, was a lecturer for the National Tennis Coaches Accreditation Course, and president of Tennis Professional Association of WA where he remains a life member.
Mr King has been chair of Rottnest Foundation. He is a frequent visitor to Rottnest Island and has participated in the annual Rottnest Cup for over 25 years.
