Jaynaya Winmar is a proud Noongar/Balladong woman from Quairading in Western Australia. She has experience in the employment and recruitment sectors across regional and remote WA and Victoria.
Having previously worked in the recruitment industry specialising in disadvantaged cohorts across wider Australia under the employment services framework, Ms Winmar has been able to assist in identifying the gaps in engagement delivery and how to actively develop them.
Ms Winmar is a SheEO Activator; chief executive and founder of Blakbone Sistahood; founder of First People Property Group; a member of Women in Board Leadership, Leadership Victoria Diversity Mentoring (Indigenous); an Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre Global Ambassador; board member of Indigenous Women in Mining and Resources, Wellah Women and the National Indigenous Cultural Centre.
