Jason Frost has over 20 years of business experience in both professional services across a number of industries and leadership roles in the financial services industry. He joined Capricorn's executive leadership team in November 2008 and has since performed a number of roles at the executive level including accountability for functions such as audit, risk and compliance, transactional processing, facilities management, payroll, Capricorn Finance, Capricorn Travel, human resources, marketing, strategy development, projects delivery, and technology. As Group Chief Information Officer, Mr Frost is accountable for the development, delivery and monitoring of all Capricorn Technology. His professional career began with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, working with clients in the oil and gas Industry, engineering, manufacturing and the public sector. Prior to Capricorn, Mr Frost spent 13 years in the financial services industry in Sydney for Westpac Banking Corporation in a variety of roles including internal audit, tax and compliance, IT systems management, operational risk management and project management. He was also with BT Wealth Management Group in Sydney as a program director for the financial planning part of the business, working on projects to support the 700 BT Financial Planners working across Australia. Mr Frost is a Chartered Accountant and holds postgraduate qualifications in financial planning, project management and process improvement. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
