Jason Chong is an expert in taxation strategy and business advisory. He has assisted wide variety of clients from high net-wealth individuals to large businesses with international and corporate tax issues in both compliance obligations and the provision of value-adding advice.
Mr Chong specialises in business structuring, capital gains tax, fringe benefits tax, stamp duty, payroll tax and international tax issues. He also has expertise in superannuation tax law.
Prior to joining BM&Y in late 2002, Mr Chong gained valuable experience and taxation knowledge working at Andersen and Ernst & Young. Earlier in his professional career, he primarily assisted a senior tax partner of a well-known boutique chartered accounting firm in providing proactive and timely taxation advice.
