Jan Tennent

Professor Tennent is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering and the Australian Society for Microbiology, a Principal Fellow at the University of Melbourne and a Collaborative Professor at the University of Osaka (2017-2020). Jan has held senior roles at CSIRO, CSL, and Pfizer Animal Health where she was the Director of Business Development and Global Alliances in the APAC region. For the past eight years, Jan has been the CEO of Bio 21 Australia / Biomedical Research Victoria. She is also a non-executive director of AusBiotech Limited and the eviDent Foundation Limited, and the founder of ConnectBio consultancy. She is Member of Risk Management Committee.
