Jamie King joined Porter Consulting Engineers in early 2012 as a civil construction engineer and was promoted to project engineer in May 2017. Prior to that, he was a subdivision engineer at the City of Armadale where he worked on a variety of commercial and residential subdivisions, assessing engineering designs and supervising construction activities. Mr King gained a wide range of experience in the areas of construction and land development. His main responsibilities include design and documentation input (concept to detailed design), contract administration, facilitation of construction site meetings, undertaking construction site surveillance check of various development projects, prepares and reviews construction costings, and assists with preparation of feasibility and servicing reports. Mr King holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural – Honours) and is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
