Dr James Winker has over 40 years of experience in the international biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology and inflammation. He has overseen the discovery and
advancement multiple new drugs into clinical development, with several demonstrating mid- to late-stage clinical success. Dr Winkler held senior leadership positions with pioneering targeted cancer drug developer Array BioPharma where he established and led the licensing & collaboration efforts; provided leadership for multiple teams working in drug discovery, translational research and clinical development; and managed several collaborations with multinational pharmaceutical firms. Dr Winkler authored more than 120 patents, peer-reviewed manuscripts, reviews and book chapters.
