James Todd is an experienced company director, corporate advisor and investor. He commenced his career in investment banking and has taken active roles in a range of private and public companies.
He also has over 20 years of experience in senior management, principal investing and investment banking. Mr Todd specialises in financial and capital structures, business building and executive management.
He co-founded three successful startups and is a non-executive director of two ASX-listed companies, IVE Group and HRL Holdings. He was managing director of Wolseley Private Equity, an independent private equity firm he co-founded in 1999.
Mr Todd holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) where he is a Fellow. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has completed the Harvard Business School Private Equity Program.
