James King has over 30 years of management and board experience with major multinational corporations in Australia and internationally.

Mr King was with Foster's Group and was managing director of Carlton & United Breweries and Foster's Asia. Prior to joining Foster's in 1997, Mr King was president of Kraft Foods (Asia Pacific) and resided in Hong Kong for six years from 1991.

Mr King is non-executive director of Lovisa Holdings, and was previously on the board of Pacific Brands, The Trust Company, JB Hi-Fi, Council of Xavier College Melbourne and was also chair of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Vic).

Mr King is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
