James Graham

James Graham became a Wesfarmers director in 1998. He has had an active involvement in the growth of Wesfarmers since 1976 in his roles as Chairman and Managing Director of Gresham Partners Limited and previously as a director of Hill Samuel Australia Limited and Managing Director of Rothschild Australia Limited. Mr Graham was also previously the Chairman of Rabobank Australia Limited and Rabobank New Zealand Limited. In addition to his investment banking activities, Mr Graham is Chairman of the Advisory Council of The Institute for Neuroscience and Muscle Research. He is a Fellow of AICD and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. In the period from 1989 to 1995 he was Chairman of the Darling Harbour Authority in New South Wales.
