James Condon is the head of agency at SVN, a US company which entered into a partnership arrangement with Perth's Vicus Property Group in 2019. Mr Condon is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds Diplomas in Property and Supply Chain & Logistics. He used to travel monthly to the East Coast of Australia and Asia Pacific for work. In October 2018, after 15 years working the industrial agency side of real estate, Mr Condon took on a new national role with Savills focusing on companies that occupy industrial real estate. He assisted corporations on a national level with their industrial property requirements and lease negotiations. Mr Condon has been a guest speaker at property conferences in Singapore, Sydney and Perth where he presented on the Australian industrial & logistics market.
