James Clement has been the chief executive of Mareterram since 2017. He is also on the board of the WA Fishing Industry Council. He was appointed a director Mareterram (then called Style) in August 2015 as part of the company’s acquisition of Nor-West Seafoods. Mr Clement was appointed general manager of Focus Fisheries in 2014. He has over a decade of financial services experience with such companies as JM Financial Group, Euroz Securities and Blackswan Equities. A former AFL star, he played for five years with the Fremantle Dockers and seven years at Collingwood. As well as an MBA, Mr Clement also has a Bachelors of Science in Aquaculture and Seafood Science, and graduate Diplomas in Agribusiness and Applied Finance.
