Jarra Property has shored up its development pipeline by offloading some of its assets.

With 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jake Wallman joined LJ Hooker Commercial Perth in 2021 as an executive. He specialises in the sale and leasing of childcare assets whilst maintaining a broader focus on commercial development sites, leased investments and strata offices through the Perth metro & regional areas. In addition to focusing on sales, he also assists with the pre-leasing of development projects. In 2021/2022, Mr Wallman negotiated over $50 million of commercial property transactions and was awarded a member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club, ranking in the top 15% of the group’s employees by fee-write in his second full year with the company. Mr Wallman moved over to Sterling Property when the LJ Hooker Commercial network shifted to the new business in July 2023.
Prior to LJ Hooker & Sterling Property, Mr Wallman was at CBRE for 3 years.
