Gender pay gap wrap: mining, accounting, education
The Workforce Gender Equality Agency has published gender pay gap data on more than 400 WA private sector companies, shedding a light on remuneration disparities.
Jad Vodopija has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and resources sectors.
She started her career with the Ford Motor Company and moved to BHP in 2000, where she worked in a wide variety of operational and corporate roles. In 2016 she moved to Orica, a global leader in mining and blasting services, as vice president of human resources for their Australia, Pacific and Asia business. Ms Vodopija re-joined BHP in July 2019 as vice president of HR business partnership minerals Australia, Asia and functions before becoming chief people officer and a member of BHP's executive leadership team in July 2022.
