Jacqueline Birt

Professor of Accounting, Head of Accounting & Finance since 2019 / UWA Business School

Professor Jacqueline Birt has been the head of accounting and finance at the UWA Business School since January 2019, having joined the university in January 2018. Her research areas include international financial reporting standards and accounting education.

Prof Birt became a board member of Tranby College in August 2021. She was the past president of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand.
