Jack Lowenstein is an experienced company director, with a special focus on startups and turnarounds across various industries.
Mr Lowenstein has corporate history in Fiji where he was co-founder of the country's first investment bank, Kontiki Capital. He is also a director and shareholder of Kinetic, and an investor in Fiji Kava both pre- and post-IPO.
Mr Lowenstein is a director of ASX-listed Morphic Ethical Equities Fund, which is managed by Morphic Asset Management. He co-founded Morphic in 2012 with Morphic Asset Management acquired by Ellerston Capital in 2019. Prior to establishing Morphic, Mr Lowenstein spent 14 years with global stock investor Hunter Hall International where he rose to become deputy chair of the ASX-listed parent company, and a director of Hunter Hall Global Value.
Mr Lowenstein began his career as a non-executive director in 1997 when he joined the board of the iconic but troubled ASX-listed window furnishings company Kresta. In 1999, he joined the board of the embattled ASX-listed global reinsurance company ReAC.
