Jack Bradshaw began to establish himself in the property industry in 2013 with Burgess Rawson where he specialised in the commercial sales and leasing division, with a particular focus on the Perth CBD Fringe markets. He transitioned to LJ Hooker Commercial Perth in 2018, and was awarded the WA Group’s top commercial salesperson within the International LJ Hooker Commercial network in the 2021/2022 financial year, and has been ranked in the top 2.5% of the network’s sales and leasing specialists. Mr Bradshaw moved over to Sterling Property when the LJ Hooker Commercial network shifted to the new business in July 2023.
Mr Bradshaw holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance, Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Western Australia. He is a licensed real estate representative and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
