Ivan Machin has worked in the design industry for over 32 years and has expertise in multiple sectors and project types including commercial office, hotel and hospitality, shopping centres, auditoria, retail fitout, allied healthcare, education and training, as well as multi-residential properties.
He has broad all-round design and project management experience with strengths in brief development, project direction, design documentation production and management, project design team management, Archicad BIM, remote teaming and contract administration.
Throughout his career, Mr Machin has formed strategic client relationships with a select group of private sector and institutional clients including Murdoch University, Bankwest, Devon Cove, Elmside Corporation, Fujitsu, Brightwater Care Group, The Greater Union Organisation, Uniting Church, Cape Bouvard Investments, Enjo Australia, City of Joondalup, City of Wanneroo, Bakers Delight, RACWA, Perpetual Trustees, Stockland, Hanny Properties and Hawaiian Investments, and St John Ambulance WA.
